HF-500H
HF-500H, max speed 500bottles per minute. Sleeve feed with 8 rollers, 6 rollers of them above cutter, and two rollers under cutter.
To suit kinds of bottles and different sleeve position, there are some differences with each set machine, such as bottles separating device, sleeve reel in ground or not, brushes/sleeve patting device…
This machine can be made according to CE standard for european market.

we update the HF-500H model machine from 400H model, add functions/parts as below:
(1) 8 rubber rolls to feed sleeve from 6 rolls, driving belts are much different to 400H, sleeves
inserting to bottles is more stable.
(2) New two belts system to keep running on conveyor
(3) New operation panel
(4) no need reset machine when conveyor speed changes.
(5) Machine stops when bottles get traffic in conveyor
(6) New motors for bottles separating for stopping
