Sleeve labeling machine HF-250M
HF-250M sleeve labeling machine is our basic model, works for more than 80% application in Different fields for different bottles.
For kinds of bottles and different sleeve position, there are some differences with each set machine, such as bottles separating device, sleeve reel in ground or not, brushes/sleeve patting device…
Electrical cables/wires in the cabinet on the back of machine, are assembled by CE standard for EUROPE market.
Sleeve labeling machine HF-500HL
we update the HF-500H model machine from 400H model, add functions/parts as below:
(1) 8 rubber rolls to feed sleeve from 6 rolls, driving belts are much different to 400H, sleeves inserting to bottles is more stable.
(2) New two belts system to keep running on conveyor
electric shrink tunnel HF-640S
The small tunnel is used to seal bottle’s caps or necks by heating shrink sleeve films, or used for small bottles’ full body sleeves wrapping/labeling.

PP empty cups shrink sleeve labeling machine
Completed empty pp cup sleeve labeling line, capacity 150-250 cups/minute. includes components as below:
（1）Cups loading and separating machine.
（2）Auto sleeve applicator.
（3） Pre-heating device to fix sleeve onto cups before sleeve shrink labeling.
（4）Steam shrink tunnel or electric heating hot air shrink tunnels.
（5） Cups collection machine, which collects separated cups into groups.
